Some warehouses are open for business. Customers can only shop online and receive orders by choosing shipping or curbside pickup where available. We are implementing additional safety measures at our warehouses including social distancing, spacing tape, and plexiglass guards at various spots. The warehouses continue to clean extensively throughout the day and after hours.

Our warehouses are running smoothly and are fully operational. We are shipping orders directly to our customers and keeping items well stocked. Our contact centers are fully staffed with product experts helping customers find the right products, and customer service is helping with any order questions. As an organization, we have worked aggressively to move employees to remote work options. Throughout our corporate headquarters in California, both of our contact centers and our employees in our manufacturing and distribution centers are fully open and operational but not open to the public during this temporary season.
